Daily Sacrifices

A year old male lamb was offered every morning and evening1.

It was offered with one tenth of an ephah (around 2.2 litres2) of flour, a fourth part of a hin (around 875ml3) of oil and a fourth part of a hin of wine as the drink offering.

Sabbath Offering

On the Sabbath day (the seventh day) two males lambs a year old were offered in addition to the daily offering4 along with two tenths of an ephah (around 4.4 litres) of flour. Oil is also included along with a drink offering.

Found in: Exodus 20:8-11, 31:12-17, 34:21, Leviticus 23:3, 24:5-8, Numbers 28:9-10

New Moon Offering

Found in Numbers 10:10, 28:11-15

Firstfruits

Found in Leviticus 23:10-15, Deuteronomy 26:1-11
